Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while express options are available for delivery within 1-3 business days.

Can I wear these lenses if I have astigmatism?

We offer a dedicated range of Toric lenses specifically designed for those with astigmatism. Please check our 'Toric' collection for available colors and prescriptions.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and undamaged packaging. Due to the medical nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened.

Do I need a prescription to order?

While we offer 'Plano' (0.00 power) lenses for cosmetic use, we strongly recommend having an up-to-date eye exam to ensure the base curve and diameter are a good fit for your eyes.

How do I care for my multi-month lenses?

Always wash your hands before handling lenses. Clean them daily with a multi-purpose contact lens solution and store them in a clean lens case, replacing the solution after every use.
